Tag card with Henry

Guten Morgen ihr Lieben,

 

Heute ist mein letzter Post für Whiff of Joy, aber natürlich nicht meine letzte Karte mit einem der süßen Motive. Ich liebe die Stempel von Whiff of Joy so sehr, besonders den süßen Henry.

Dieser Henry hier zählt zu meinen absoluten Lieblingen. Die Koloration habe ich wieder mit Distressmarkern und Nachfüllern gemacht.

 

Mit dieser Karte möchte ich Herzlichen Dank an Katharina und dem Team von Whiff of Joy sagen. Es hat mir so viel Spaß gemacht mit euch arbeiten zu dürfen.

Today it's my last post for Whiff of Joy but not the last card with one of cute images. I really love the stamps from Whiff of Joy, especially the cute Henry.

One of my favorit Henrys is this one with the little heart in his arms.

The colouring is made once more with Distress markers and refills.

 

I wanna say Thank you so much with this card to   Katharina and the team from Whiff of Joy. It was a pleasure to work with you.

how is going? 

it's Alberto here to show you a little tag i have made to inspire you! 

i have printed this amazing digital image from whiff of joy and colored it with prismacolors pencils.

Tha base of the tag is a Tim holtz die. The papers are from magnolia and so are most of the dies i have used.

Here is the tag:

Some pearls, a doily lace, some ribbons and laces and the tag is done.

All around the image i have used some white frantage to give and the creation a little vintage/shabby chic effect.

Die Light Wednesday!

Today it's time for Die Light Wednesday again and today it's Linda here with you.... 

Today theme is all about creating with die lights and sentiments... no colored images to be used... don't judge me to hard.... I always use a colored image.... :-) 

For my project today I've made a Christmas tag.... using the precious snowflake trio. I have dipped them into embossing powder randomly to have them partially covered up with silver glitter. Also added some rhinestones to them.

The sentiment is from a stamp set called Wonderful Christmas.

today I show you a tag only made with Whiff of Joy Die-lights. In some weeks we have spring and I thought I make a tag in spring colours. I used some sentiments especially for the banners.

heute zeige ich euch einen Tag, den ich nur mit Hilfe von Whiff of Joy Die-lights gebastelt habe. In einigen Wochen beginnt der Frühling und darum habe ich mir gedacht, ich mache den Tag in Frühlingsfarben. Für die Banner habe ich dafür passende Texte verwendet.

Ich hoffe ihr mögt diesen einfachen Tag.

Stuff by Whiff of Joy

 

A tag for Christmas

 

Hello everyone it's Erika here again with a new project to share. This time I just have a super simple Christmas Tag that you can easily make if you need something to hang on a present or something like that.


This is the tag I have made for today:

It's really simple, and it actually looks much better in real life than i photos. The shimmer didn't pick up right on camera and made the colors all wrong. But maybe you'll still get the idea.

I made this using the This is December - stamp set from the shop. I still haven't cut this down so I have all of the stamps still connected and used the whole sheet like a background stamp. Then I just embossed it with clear embossing powder and used Distress Stain and Spray Inks on top to get the color. Since the embossing will resist the ink I can still see my stamping even after all of the inking.

I do think it would look great if you stamped or embossed the sentiments in white also, that might even be much better than this.

Wednedsay Die-Lights

Hallo und guten Morgen,

 

heute zeige ich euch einen Wintertag den ich mit verschiedenen Stanzen gestaltet habe (und natürlich mit einem kleinen Text). Meine Aufgabe bestand darin, ein Projekt zu gestalten ohne ein koloriertes Motiv zu verwenden. Das war eine echter Herausforderung für mich, weil ich ansonsten immer ein koloriertes Motiv auf meinen Karten verwende.

Für diesen Tag habe ich viele Stanzen von Whiff of Joy verwendet.  Ich habe alle Diecuts mit Distress Vintage Photo gewischt.

today I show you wintertag where I used only cutting dies (and of course a little sentiment). My task was to make a project without any coloured image. It was a big challenge for me, because I always use a coloured image on my cards.

For the tag I used a lot of cutting dies from Whiff of Joy.  I brushed all die cuts with Distress Vintage Photo.

At the end of this post I write down all materials I used from the Whiff of Joy shop.

Altering a charm

Good morning everyone, Maria Therese back with a walk through tutorial on how to change the colours on your charms.

You need Charm's of course..

 And a spray that will adhere to metal , I use this silky matte one and I've also used it to spray on tin cans and even jam jar's so It will hold even with use..

Use a room with good ventilation and spray, I usually let it dry over night but drying time often is written on the spray box

 Turn around..Because unless you will glue the charm to the project your using it on you will want both sides to have the same colour.

 I use only one coat on each side but if your spraying cans or jars you will probably want two coats..

And here you have a tag with my finishes altered charms..

Hope you got a idea for more use of your charms and maybe with these it's easier to incorporate the charms to your projects. Good luck !

Tag, you're it!

Guten Morgen,

heute zeige ich euch meinen ersten Beitrag als neues Designteam Mitglied und ich bin ganz schön aufgeregt. Letzte Woche machten die beiden Schnipselchen den Anfang mit dem "Tag, you're it" Dienstag. Heute bin ich an der Reihe.

Last week the both Schnipselchen makes the beginning of the new "Tag, you're it" tuesday. Today it's my turn.

Ich habe eine ganze Weile im WWW gesucht, bis ich über dieses schöne Tag gestolpert bin. Diesen habe ich auf dem Blog der lieben Ivi gefunden. Mir gefiel sofort das schöne Layout und die Farbkombination.

I searched a long time at the WWW until I found this adorable tag. This one I found on the blog from the lovely Ivi. Since the first moment I liked the great layout and the beautiful combination of colours.
