Mini Henry Bookmark card

Good Morning Everyone! Jane here today and I have a tutorial to share with you today to show you how to make this bookmark card decorated with the adorable Mini Henry behind Huge Heart stamp which is available here from Whiff of Joy.

To make the card you will need the following supplies:
- Kraft card base measuring 13.5x13.5cm
- Plain cardstock
-Patterned papers
- Adhesive pearls and an adhesive pearl swirl
- Paper flowers
- Whiff of Joy Twine
- Heart metal charm
-Large foam pad

Step by Step Instructions:

1. With the spine of the card facing to the left, draw a line across the front of the card 5cm from the top edge and cut the section out as shown using a craft knife.

 2. Cut a strip of kraft measuring 2.5cmx10cm add foam pad to top and place on front of card. Draw a line each side of the kraft strip and remove.

 3. Using the lines as a guide, add double sided tape leaving the area shown free of adhesive as this is where you will slot in the bookmark.

4. Cut pieces of cardstock to fit the inside and front of card and patterned papers to layer on top leaving a small border.

5. Stamp sentiment in top left hand corner of largest piece of patterned paper. Layer up papers and then sew onto plain cardstock.

6. Put Bookmark back in place and stick on layered papers.

7. Stamp and colour Henry mouse, cut him out and add him to the top of the bookmark.

 8. Decorate with flowers and pearls and add a little metal heart charm to Henry's tail

Here is the finished Bookmark ready to slot back into the card.
I hope you have enjoyed my tutorial.
