ribbon, Martha Steward star punch, eyelet from Stampin' Up, Crop a dile Stampin' Up
white crackle paint from Ranger dimensional adhesive, double-sided tape
button, hardware Stampin' Up, self-adhesive rhinestones
alphabet punch from Hayda
