Money Holder card

Hi everyone,
there is for you a little tutorial to realize an easy and lovely card money holder you can use as gift card holder.

Here is the material you need:
Whiff of Joy May store kit
Cardstock
Patterned papers
Paper trimmer
Scoring tool
Double sided tape
3d  adhesive pads
Distress ink pad
Blending tool or sponge
Corner rounder punch
Word Window punch
Half pearls

Cut 1 piece of cardstock 5 1/2 x 10 1/2
Cut 3 pieces of patterned paper 5 3/8 x 4 1/8
Cut 2 pieces of patterned paper 5 3/8 x 1 7/8
Sorry.... the mesures on the photo are wrong!!!

Score the cardstock at 2" and 6 1/4

Round the edges of cardstock and all patterned paper.

Sponge every edge with Distress Ink. I used Pumice Stone.

After you stick the patterned paper on the cardstock, with Word Window punch cut a window 3 3/4" long, which will be the pocket for the money.

With double sided tape stick every patterned on the outside and inside of the card.

Put the 3d pad on the back of the image.

Stick the image on the card close, the upper part insert under the image will be the closure of the card.

Now you can enrich the card with some embellishment. I used some half pearls.

I hope my tutorial liked you and you found it clear.

Have a fabby and creative week end  ^_^
Thanks for stopping by.

Giò

  11. That was a wonderfull idea but there must be a mistake on the 3 pieces: the width of the card is 5 1/2 inch, the pattern paper must be less right? 5 7/8 is more. i found out when i tried to make one. Could you please tell me the right size ?
