Hi Everyone! This is Jeanette from Canada and I have made a video tutorial for you on how I use Twinkling H20s over my Copic marker coloring.
I have used the Henry Hugging Heart image that was stamped on Neenah Solar Crest paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then colored with Copics. You can see how I did my copic marker coloring by visiting my Youtube channel . The Whiff of Joy on-line store carries a huge assortment of Twinkling H20s as well as water-tank brushes like the one I use in the video.You can see them -->here<--
