Pocket Gift Card

Hi, its Colleen here today. I am so excited to be sharing my first tutorial with you, I have a Pocket Gift Card to show you today. Its perfect for popping a stamp inside to send to your loved ones and bloggy friends!!!

You will need:

WOJ stamped image - I used Penguin's First Snow
Cardstock and patterned paper
Stickles - Tumbled Glass and Crystal
Lace and embellishments

Lets get started:

Cut 25cm x 24 cm cardstock and fold in half (25cm is the height and 24cm is the length of the card). On the 'front' half measure 8cm in from the bottom and trim this piece, it should look like this.

The 'back' half, measure 8cm in from the bottom, score and fold in.

This forms your pocket so stitch the sides as close to the edges as possible - this will allow more space for your stamp.

Cut 8cm x 12cm patterned paper and stitch around the edges. Adhere it to the front of your pocket, you might need to trim it slightly but you want it to hide the stitching on the pocket.

Cut a border from the same patterned paper as your pocket and adhere it to the bottom of 11.5cm x 16.5cm patterned paper.

For the front of your card, cut 23.5cm x 16.5cm patterned paper, adhere your lace first and the stitch around the edges. Then adhere to the front of the card.

Add your sentiment to the inside of your card and this is it finished with a stamp inside.

To finish your card off, adhere your stamped image and embellishments and now you have a gift ready to go!

Christmas is just around the corner so this will be perfect and can be popped into the post easily!!!
