Hi everyone. It's Sandie here and I'd like to share with you how I made this cute photo CD holder.
Supplies -
1 x Brown Paperbag {6" x 12"}
Selection of Whiff of Joy Stamps
Colouring medium
Patterned Paper
Cardstock
Embellishments
First ink/paint any chipboard embellishments you are using and set them to one side to dry. I used a dye based brown ink on my Eiffel Tower so that it dried quickly.
Next sew your bag down the middle and fold in half
Using the pennant die cut out one set in cardstock { I used Kraft} and then another set in patterned paper. Cut the ones you've done with patterned paper so that you only have the triangles and these will fit perfectly onto the cardstock leaving a border all around.
Prepare your pages before sticking them down onto your bag. Once your chipboard has dried you can start to layer up the different elements.
My papers are from Craftworks and they've been distressed, inked and stitched.
Prepare both inside pages and stick down. The first inside page can be used to save any tickets or lists you've kept.
Make a pocket on the 2nd inside page where you would store your CD of vacation photos.
The scroll stamp also comes with a coordinating die. You could use this to write the date or add a little journalling.
Thanks so much for dropping by. I do hope you like my project today.
Have a wonderful day
Sandie
