Dr Oakleys Cold Cure Holder

010a
Good morning all its Jacqui here with my tutorial for this month.  I first made a card like this about 18 months ago when I saw the instructions for a Tea Bag Holder card on Katharinas Blog .  I have adapted it and resized it a little so here are the instructions and measurements I came up with I do hope you have fun with this card.
010
You will need card for the base  cut to the measurements below:
Base Card – white card  11” x 5.1/2” scored along the middle at 5/2”
Flap Card – white card 9” x 4” scored along the middle at 4.1/2”
Little Flap – white Card  4.1/2” x 2.1/2” scored i/1” along 3 sides

004
matt and layer your chosen Backing Card and papers onto the front of the large base card and the front and inside of the flap card
003
Next cut a half circle on the little flap with a 1” punch
005
Now attach the small flap to the bottom of the Flap card with strong double sided tape to make a pocket for your cold cures to pop into.
006
Here comes the fun part you can now add your image and decorate as you like
010
and here is the inside of the flap with the cold cures added.

If you decide to have a go at this little project, I would love if you could leave a link on my blog as I would like to see your creations.  Have a good day everyone and thanks for looking
Hugs Jacqui xx

  6. aww this is so cute. When I first read this I thought you meant Bentleys or burkleys or whatever it is called that works wonders but tastes like ca-ca! I love your card...and I love this site. The tutorials make me so excited to open them every day. Such a different style of site and such a joy to open and spend the time looking at how you do what you do. Must have been easier to do this than answer the 100's of questions (at least 99 from me) each day. How are the pups my friend?
