Morning all...
and here is how I made it...using the following items..
Henry ~ Christmas Star
Designer papers
Hessian &String
Walnut Stain ~ Tim Holtz
Stickles ~ Stardust
Button, Paper Clip, Eyelet & Pearl Heart
Kraft Card
Ruler, Embossing board & Bone Folder
The main body
Cut a piece of Kraft Card to the length of 25cm/width 14cm...then score into three separate sections as shown above..
The sleeve
Cut another piece of card (this is the sleeve that goes inside the main body) to the length of 21cm/9.5cm width and then score into two separate as shown above..
Picture 1 ~ Using double sided tape..tape all 4 sides of the small section then fold over into the middle section as shown above..
Picture 2 ~ Fold over the the first of the sections and stick to the small section..this will form the main body..
Picture 3 ~ Using double sided tape..tape three sections of the sleeve...making sure you leave the top open..this will allow your money/gift card to slide in..
Picture 4 ~ Fold over the first section...this will form your sleeve..
Decorate the main body of your gift wallet..
I have used designer papers and hessian as shown above..
Decorate your sleeve with designer papers as shown..then use a eyelet and twine to create a pulley..
and here is the finished project...simply slide the sleeve into the main body..
