This is a really simple and easy gift to make, and only takes a few minutes of your time, i have lots of post it notes and i like to add some detail to them and give them away as little stocking fillers, here i will show you how.....
This is how it will look when you have finished...
I take a bit of card that measures 19cm by 9cm....
I use my score board and score lines at 9cm and 10 cm...
I take my "Seasons Greetings" stamp set and the "fancy Shape Die" and i chose the sentiment i would like....
I stamp out my sentiment i have chosen Holiday Miracles for this one...
I then stamp over this with the fancy shape stamp....
This is where i love these Dies sets as they have a clear shape that is perfect for you to see just where to place your metal die, the little circles on the side have holes in i just put a dot with a pencil in each one....
Placing the metal die over the top lining up the dots i made with a pencil, then run it through your die cutting machine....
Now it is cut out and ready to use....
I take a sheet of paper from "Winter Pretties" and i cut it to the size i need...
I glue in my post it notes with wet glue leaving for a few minutes to dry...
I have distressed the edges of my sentiment and paper, i then stick the paper to the top...
I stick on the sentiment with a foam pad and i add 2 snowflakes too, i also use the lights stamp for the top corners and add lots of glitter to all the edges, the snowflakes and the lights and leave to dry...
I tied a bit of scrap ribbon to the top and make a bow in it, and it is all finished and ready to be given...
Thank you for looking big hugs love Pops x x x
