it's Alberto here to show you a little tag i have made to inspire you! 

i have printed this amazing digital image from whiff of joy and colored it with prismacolors pencils.

Tha base of the tag is a Tim holtz die. The papers are from magnolia and so are most of the dies i have used.

Here is the tag:

Some pearls, a doily lace, some ribbons and laces and the tag is done.

All around the image i have used some white frantage to give and the creation a little vintage/shabby chic effect.

Make a card monday

Hallo liebe Whiff Of Joy-Fans!
Es ist wieder Montag - natürlich Make a Card Montag! Und darum habe ich für Euch heute eine neue Karte gewerkelt.

Hello dear friends of Whiff Of Joy!
It's monday again. And of course that means make a card monday! So I have  made a new card to share with you today.

Ich bin im Moment hin- und hergerissen zwischen Halloween und Weihnachten - diesmal hat die Weihnachtsseite gewonnen.
Ich habe auf meiner Karte den süßen Maya-Engel verwendet. Ich finde ihn so wunderbar zu colorieren. Diesmal habe ich fast ausschließlich hellblau verwendet. Auf dem Foto kann man es leider nicht erkennen, aber die Flügel haben einen tollen Schimmer... Den habe ich mit dem Wink of Stella Pen gemacht.
Hinter Maya habe ich den größten Weihnachtsbaum aus dem Nested Die-Light Set Weihnachtsbaum gesetzt. Ich war mir  nicht sicher, ob ich ihm irgendwie Struktur oder Schmuck hätte verleihen sollen, aber dann hat er mit blank, nur mit einem glitzernden Stern auf der Spitze, am besten gefallen. Und apropos glitzernd - rechts hinter dem Baum versteckt sich noch die große Schneeflocke. Sie war perfekt, um die etwas leere Stelle zu füllen.

At the moment I am a bit torn apart between Halloween and Christmas - and this time the christmas part in me won.
I used the cute Angel Maya on my card. I love to color her in. For this card I used a lot of light blue in the coloring. You can't see it on the picture, but the wings have a wonderful and decent shimmer... I made it using my Wink of Stella pen.
Behind Maya I used the biggest of the 3 trees from the Nested Die-Light Set Christmas Tree. I wasn't sure if I should add some texture or decoration to it, but then I liked it the best as it was - plain, only decorated with a sparkling star on the top. And talking about glittering - behind the tree I also added the large snowflake. It was perfect to fill the empty spot.

Ich hoffe, Euch gefällt die Karte - auch wenn Weihnachten noch ein ganzes Stück entfernt ist... ;)

Here's a card I made using Angel Maya. This little image is so cute, I just love her to pieces. She's so much fun to color. I love the way her dress flows and the depth you can get when coloring it.
