Quick and Easy Christmas Crackers, Tudorial

Hi Everyone!

It´s Christmas time and yes, you have count right there are just some more days left befor Christmasday will come.

So I (Bianca) tought you maybe need a quick and easy last minute tudorial. This Cristmas Crackers are not just perfect for Christmas. You can also use it for your New Years party ore as a quick gift wrap for a small present.

This is your shopping list:

* Stampkit #4/2014 ore any WoJ image

*Some ribbon
*glue
*a toilett paper roll
* Scorepal and bonefolder

Now lets start. It´s very easy and you will need just about 5 minutes to finish one of this christmas crackers. Dont´forget to cut the cardstock into an 12" x 7" pice.

As the rolles have not exectly the same size I did not wrote any measurements. It will fit if you work just like as you see it on the photos.
Put the roll in the middle of your paper. and score two lines in a small distance from the roll as on the photo.

After you made the first scoreline make 3 more scorelines each in a distance of 1/2". So you will have 4 scorlines. Do the same at the other side of the roll.

Than turn the paper around and score all 7" in 1/2" distances at both sides of the paper. Leafe the middle part of the paper (were the roll was lieing on it first) free of any scorelines!

You will get a grid like this. Now we have to stick the roll on the paper. Use glue on the not scored part of the paper and....

... roll the toilettpaper roll into it.

This is what you will have now.
The next part is a little bit tricky. It´s possible everything looks a little messy first but don´t give up as you will fix it a little later!

Grap around the paper on the position of your crosswise scorelines and push them tougether.

Now wrap the ribbon over the paper and pick it carefully until you are satisfied with it.

Now it´s time to decorate.
I have used images and sentimenst from my Stampkit #4/2014 and some die-lights with glitter on it.

Last but not least I want to invite you to enter the candy on my blog. You can win 4 Whiff of Joy Stamps.

Merry Christmas to all of you!

Christmas Bird

Guten Morgen liebe Whiff of Joy Fans.

Hello and good morning dear Whiff of Joy fans. Today I show you my newest card I made with one of the sweet Christmas birds. They are so cute and they are perfect for Christmas projects. And here you see a close up of the image. The coloring is made with Copics.

A tag for Christmas

 http://lillgumman.blogspot.se/
Hello everyone it's Erika here again with a new project to share. This time I just have a super simple Christmas Tag that you can easily make if you need something to hang on a present or something like that.

This is the tag I have made for today:

It's really simple, and it actually looks much better in real life than i photos. The shimmer didn't pick up right on camera and made the colors all wrong. But maybe you'll still get the idea.

I made this using the This is December - stamp set from the shop. I still haven't cut this down so I have all of the stamps still connected and used the whole sheet like a background stamp. Then I just embossed it with clear embossing powder and used Distress Stain and Spray Inks on top to get the color. Since the embossing will resist the ink I can still see my stamping even after all of the inking.

I do think it would look great if you stamped or embossed the sentiments in white also, that might even be much better than this.

Here is a closeup of the tag:

So that was all for me today, I hope you liked the tag and if you are interested in any of the products I used, take a look at the links below.

Saint Nicholas

Good Morning all! It’s Lisa here today with a little Christmas card inspiration.

LisaWest

I’ve used the fabulous Saint Nicholas stamp from the Winter Secret Stamp Kit:

Whiff of Joy Saint Nicholas (1)

The image has been coloured with a mix of Copics and ProMarkers, and I’ve stuck with traditional colours. The fabulous sentiment is also part of the kit.

And a close up of cute little Henry:

Believe in the Magic

Happy Holidays to you all!

I am here to share a card I made using the new Winter Stamp Kit.

This adorable Henry was colored with copics, cut out, and popped up with some pop dots to give him dimension.

I love the sentiment because I believe Christmas is a magical time of year.

Don't forget to keep checking back for more inspiration this month.

Christmastime Henry

Happy Thursday everyone and thanks for stopping by!
Ellie here today. I hope you are all doing wonderful and are enjoying the (pre) Christmas time.  I just recently received my Whiff of Joy Winter stamp kit, and decided to share two cards with you.

First up is the very cute Henry the mouse as an angel.

He has been stamped onto copic xpress blending card and colored with copic markers. Other papers/card stocks are all from SU. I finished it off with a little bit of glitter and some twine. Sentiment is part of this cute set. As you can see, I also stamped a design onto the kraft card stock using stamps from the kit.

Here is my second card, using the cute Henry as a shepherd.

Copics on xpress blending card were used again, and I fussy cut the image. The pinecone embellishment is also a stamp from this kit, as is the sentiment. Papers are all from my stash.

I hope you like my two creations today!
Thanks again for your visit!

Christmas-Wishes

Helle everyone!

Today I want to show you a cas-card with this cute image from the winter-stamp-kit 2014.
The sentiment is from this kit, too.

This year Christmas I make many of these clean and simple cards.
I like it very much, because the focus is on the image.

I have made the card white on white, which looks in reality that much better than on this picture.

Wish you all a wonderful day!

**********

Schade.

Ich wünsche euch allen einen wunderschönen Tag!

Time for wishes
