Fröhlichen Nikolaus-Tag!

Hallo liebe Whiff of Joy Freunde!

Hier ist Kathrin mit dem heutigen Post für Euch. Ich hoffe, Ihr wart alle das vergangene Jahr brav und habt Eure Stiefel so richtig glänzend geputzt, so dass Ihr sie heute morgen vom Nikolaus mit gefüllt Nüssen, Mandarinen und Schokolade vorgefunden habt.

Hello dear friends of Whiff of Joy!

This is Kathrin with a new post for you today. I hope you have all been nice this year and cleaned your boots well so you found them this morning filled by St. Nikolaus with nuts, oranges and chocolat.

Nachdem heute Nikolaustag ist, wollte ich ein passendes Werk mit Euch teilen. Und so habe ich für Euch alle eine Nikolaus-Tasche gemacht, gefüllt mit Leckereien und jeder von Euch darf sich virtuell bedienen... ;)

Since it's St. Nikolaus Day today I wanted to share a Nikolaus related project. And so I made this gift bag, filled with some yummy sweets and everyone of you can virtually grab a piece... ;)

Ich habe diese Tasche gemacht und sie mit dem süßen St. Nikolaus aus dem neusten Secret Stamp Kit dekoriert. Er sieht genau so aus, wie ein Nikolaus meiner Meinung nach aussehen soll - eben wie ein Bischof und nicht wie der Weihnachtsmann...

I made a little bag and decorated it with this cute St. Nikolaus who came in the latest Secret Stamp Kit. He looks exactly what a St. Nikolaus should look like - like a bishop and not like Santa Clause since they are two different persons...

Oben an der Tasche habe ich diesen Tag angebracht. Er ist mit dem Christmas Tag Die-Light gestanzt, der Rahmen ist aus dem passenden Stempelset. Darauf ist die Zahl 6, aus dem Zahlen Die-Light Set. Und darunter sind Ilex-Blätter.

Ein Glöckchen und eine Schleife runden das ganze dann ab.

To the left top corner I added this tag. It's been cut using the Christmas Tag Die-Light, the frame comes in the matching stamp set. On top I added the number 6, cut using the numbers Die-Light set. And unterneath I added a few holly leaves.

A golden bell and a bow finish this tag.

In die Tasche habe ich einen Zellophanbeutel gesteckt, an dem ich dann noch die Grüsse vom Nikolaus aus dem Stempelset "Deutsche Weihnachtstexte" angebracht habe.

I put a cellobag inside the bag and added the "greetings from St. Nikolaus" stamp from the "German Christmas Sayings" to it.

So, nun geht mal rasch Eure Schuhe kontrollieren!

Christmas - card

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

Hier ist Sabine .

Heute darf ich Euch meine Inspiration einer Weihnachtskarte zeigen.

Henry aus dem Winter Stempelkit 2014 ist genau passend

für eine tolle Weihnachtskarte.

Ich habe mehrer Stanzen benutzt und den Abdruck

mit Polychromos coloriert.

Mit der Hoffnung darauf das Sie Euch gefällt,

wünsche ich Euch eine tolle Adventszeit

und ein frohes Weihnachtsfest.

Henry, out of the winter stamp kit 2014 its just perfectly for a great Christmas card.
I used multiple dies and coloured the picture with polychromos.

Hi there, I am happy you visited this blog today.

I (Marion) want to give you some inspiration for your Christmas cards today.

I used the lovely stamp Fishy presents,

I so love those cute little penguins.

I used two dielights on my card:

the snowflake festoon and the nested star dielights.

I used frantage embossing powder on the snowflake festoon for an extra touch.

Scrap your Stash

Hello!

Natasha here today to show you a new project using some scraps and lots of stash. I made a Christmas card using one of the new Stamp Kit Chistmas Henry Stamps and lots of traditional colours. In the corners you can see some stamped swirls using two colors and the lovely Christmas swirls. With some help from my cutting machine Silhouette Cameo I made some matching embellishments and border.

Natascha heute hier für euch mit einem neuen Project aus Papierresten und vielen Schätzen aus meinem Vorrat. Ich habe mich für eine Weihnachtskarte mit einem der neuen süßen Stempelkit Motiven und vielen traditionellen Farben entschieden. In den Ecken habe ich meine heiß geliebten Weihnachts-Schnörkel in zwei Farben gestempelt. Mit etwas Hilfe von meiner Plottermaschine Silhouette Cameo habe ich passende Schneeflocken und Schneeflockenbordüre geschnitten.

So sieht meine fertige Karte aus:

I love this cute Shepherd Henry. With lots of white, grey, creme and brown he looks so gorjuss and it matches nicely with the whole card.

Ich liebe den süßen Hirnen Henry. Mit viel weiß, grau, creme und braun sieht er einfach toll aus und das ganze passt dann auch prima zum rest der Karte.

Hallo zusammen :)

Heute habe ich eine kleine Anleitung für euch dabei.

Ich zeige euch wie man diese Karte macht.

Today I have a little Tutorial for you.

I'll show you how to make this card.

Ihr braucht dafür:

1 Papier in 17,5 cm x 24 cm

Dieses wird bei 11 cm und 22 cm gefalzt.

Das Papier drehen und bei 2 cm ebenfalls falzen.

Das Papier wird wie auf dem Bild zugeschnitten.

Für das Innenteil ein Papierstück in 16,6 cm x 15,2 cm.

You need this:

1 Paper in 17,5 cm x 24 cm

This is folded at 11 cm and 22 cm.

Turn the paper and at 2 cm also fold.

Cut the Paper as shown on the image.

For the inner part a piece of Paper in 16,6 cm x 15,2 cm.

In die Mitte der Vorderseite wird nun ein Streifen in 5 x 1 cm ausgeschnitten.

In the Center of the Frontside cut out a strip in 5 x 1 cm.

Darunter kommt der Text.

Ihr könnt nun die Seite mit Hintergrundpapier gestalten und euch ein

Motiv aussuchen was den Text komplett verdeckt.

Auch das Innenteil kann gestaltet werden.

Below the text is placed.

Now you can glue the Backgroundpaer and search a Image what

the text completely obscured.

The inner part can be designed too.

Die Wolke habe ich in der richtigen Größe aufgemalt und ausgeschnitten.

Der Engel Henry wird oben an die Wolke geklebt.

The cloud I have painted and cut to the correct size.

Put the angel Henry at the top of the cloud.

Schiebt das Innenteil in die Karte und klebt 3D Pads unten in den Streifen.

Legt Henry in der richtigen Position darauf und drückt das ganze fest.

Push the inner part in the card and glued 3D pads in the bottom of the strip.

Put Henry in the correct position on it and pushes it to the pads.

Wenn ihr nun oben zieht, geht das Motiv mit :)

Ihr könnt die Karte noch weiter gestalten wie es euch am besten gefällt.

Christmas Project Special Edition
