A Shaped Double Tag Card

 Karin Seiness-Lilleseth
Hi you lovely ones :-) Karin her today and
I`m going to share with you a tutorial how to make a Double Tag Card who`s shaped :-)

First of all a material list:
  •  Stamps: WOJ digi stamp - Diver Henry and  WOJ text stamps - Magical Whises
  • Aquarelle paper, Craft cardstock and double sided patterned paper.
  • Die Lights WOJ - Chevron, Notbook Border, Arrows and Speech Bubbles.
  •  Spellbinders dies and Martha Stewart punch and score board.
  •  Coloring and Ink: Distress Ink Reinkers, Distress Ink and Archival Ink.
  • Gold Embossing Powder, Buttons, ribbon and twine.

To make the card, I start making a circle with a diameter of 10 inches using
a double pattern paper.
Then fold the card as seen below :-)

Unfold the paper and cut flaps along the last fold edge.

Glue the card as shown on the picture below.
I`ve aged the edges with Distress Ink - Vintage Photo before I glued the card together.

The card is finished. Just the Tag`s to make :-)
Here is my card and tags finished decorating :-)

I hope I`ve inspired you with this Tutorial and have fun playing :-)
I found the inspiration for this card here!

Ground shading using Pencils & Stickles....

Morning all.....

Vicky here today and this month I'm going to let you into my little secret how I do ground shading...lots of fellow crafters have asked me how I do it...so here goes...and it's sooooo simples..lol..!

These are the items I will be using..

Sansodor Low Odour Solvent
Black Prismacolour Pencil
Stickles in Stardust
Paper Stub

I colour my chosen image in first...today I have used one of the new Digi Stamps from the Wedding collection "Groom Henry & Ring Bearer" which was released this month..

Then using my black Prismacolour pencil I add some shading beneath my image as shown above..

I then use my paper stub by dipping the end into the Sansodor and gently blending in the colour as you can see above...

I then attach the image to my card/project then add the stickles...be careful not to add loads...just enough to add a tad of sparkle by going over all the black pencil...simples...!

and here is my finished tag..

For more information please pop over to my blog here..

Thank you for stopping by...hope you like my very quick and simple tutorial..

and have a lovely day too...

big hugs Vicky xx

Wine Tag

Hello, all! I am sharing a simple wine tag with you today. I know there are dies out there that makes making this easier, but it really doesn't take much to make your own. Here is how I made mine.

  • A piece of cardstock measures 10 1/2" x 2 1/2"
  • Scoring board.
  • Patterned paper
  • Stamped image of your choice ( I used the adorable Mini Henry Mouse Hugging Heart for my project.)
  • A circle die or punch
  • Adhesive
  • Corner Rounder (optional)
  • A small tag (optional)

First, score the cardstock at 2 1/2" and 8" on the long side. I am making a little pocket so that I can tuck a little tag in it for the recipient. If you don't want to make a pocket, you only need the cardstock to be 8" x 2 1/2" and just score at 2 1/2".

Die cut or punch a circle on one side of the cardstock.

Fold cardstock in a Z shape as shown.

Round corners (if desired).

Add patterned paper and decorate as desired.

And here you have it! You really only need a few scraps to finish this or just stamping would be fun, too.

Here is a look of the tag on a wine bottle.

Hope you will give this easy and fun project a try! =)

Thanks for stopping by!

hugs,
alice

Tag Card

Hi everyone, Karina here. Today I haven't a tutorial for you, but an idea I recently had. I wanted to created a card full of tags. The basic card measures 15 x 15 cm. Then I added a big tag on it sized 16 x 9 cm, like you can see blow.

I glued the finished big tag to the basic card, left one side open to put a second tag into it like you can see on my next photo. I used the Whiff of Joy Sweet Tags for this tag and for the little ones as well. The sentiment means 'I wish you a wonderful day' and is from Whiff of Joy as well.

Afterwards I attached a line of little tags onto it, decorated them with flowers.

Decorate the rest of your card as you wish. Below you can see the sweet image Birdie Love I used. I paper pieced the heart and added some clear crackle paint onto it. In the meanwhile it is crackled in the middle of the heart as well. I was a bit impatient to take pictures :o)

Well, I hope you like my idea and feel inspired to create a tag card as well.
Have a wonderful day!
Hugs, Karina
